Mira is a tool to support you in everyday life with your child. We want you to feel safe using the service – and to understand what Mira is and what she is not.
What Mira is
Mira is an AI-based support tool that helps parents and caregivers with everyday situations around children. She gets to know your child over time and gives advice based on what you share – routines, habits, what tends to work.
Mira helps you in everyday life – for fever, injuries or concerns about your child's health, always contact 1177 (Swedish healthcare helpline) or your doctor.
Your responsibility
- · You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you share with Mira
- · You are responsible for who you invite to your family group and what access they receive
- · The service may not be used by children under 18 without their parents' knowledge
The diary
The diary in Mira is a personal support tool – not a medical record. The information you save about medication, illnesses and food habits is for your own use, not an official health document. The diary does not replace the child's records at BVC (child health center) or healthcare services.
Availability and changes
We aim for Mira to always be available, but we cannot guarantee uptime. We reserve the right to change, pause or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
Subscription and payment
Mira is free to try. Paid plans (Family and Premium) are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. No refunds are given for started periods.
